My recent stay at the Shangri was truly exceptional, far surpassing my already high expectations. the staff's incredible attitude towards my elderly parents was heartwarming, ensuring their comfort and well-being at every turn. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver, allowing us to always look polished for our various outings and dinners at the hotel. the air conditioning in the room was a dream, providing a welcome escape from the warm Omani weather. the complimentary tea and coffee facilities added a lovely touch to our mornings, allowing us to leisurely enjoy a hot beverage on the terrace while taking in the stunning views of the garden. In conclusion, the Shangri not only met but exceeded all my stringent criteria, providing an unforgettable experience that I will cherish for years to come. From the impeccable service to the thoughtful amenities, this hotel truly sets the standard for luxury hospitality in Oman. I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay in Muscat.
